Important: Tile is measured by the technician before cleaning. If you booked online, the rooms listed are an estimate based on an average size home of 2500 square feet. Upon measurement of the area of tile to be cleaned the amount of tile may decrease or increase. Travertine, marble, & slate may have an additional cost.
Terms & Conditions for Specials: Specials cannot be combined with any other offers, specials, discounts, or coupons. Booking/service minimums apply based on your location. Max. room size for carpet is 250 sq ft. Additional charges may apply for larger rooms, excessive spots/stains, materials that require special care, and oversized sectionals (average size seats 5-6). Specials apply to residential customers unless specified as commercial. Cannot be applied to work that has already been completed. If a substance has dyed the fibers a different color, this cannot be removed by any cleaning method. Other restrictions may apply.
